How ProApu works for both workers and companies.

About the platform

What is ProApu?

ProApu is a platform that combines flexible workforce, modern production, and worker mobility into one working whole. Companies no longer search for just individual workers; they gain access to skills when they are actually needed. Workers can move smoothly between different work environments, build their skills, and achieve steadier employment.

Who can register?

You can register either as a worker (a person looking for work) or as a company (an employer looking for workers). Global admins manage the platform.

For workers

What is the player card?

The player card is your profile on the platform. It collects your professional skills, competencies, qualifications (e.g. ISO 9606-1, EN 1090-2, PED), positions (PA-PG, H-L045, J-L045), material experience, and location. Companies find you based on this information.

Why should I add skills and certifications?

Companies search for workers by skills and certifications. The more complete your profile is, the more likely you are to be found for suitable jobs.

How is the card locked during a contract?

When you accept a contract proposal, your worker card is locked for the contract period. The system does not allow the same card with multiple companies at the same time. During lock, you are hidden from Open-only search.

What happens when the contract ends?

When the company marks the contract as ended, the card enters cooldown for 14 days and then automatically reopens. During cooldown, you cannot receive new contract proposals.

Can cooldown be overridden?

Yes. If the staffing company releases you, salary is unpaid, there is a health-related reason, or another serious ground exists, the card can be released immediately. The company cancels the contract with reason, and the card reopens without cooldown.

How do I report hours?

When the contract is active, you can report hours on the contract page. The company approves or rejects hours. Only approved hours are used for invoicing.

Do I get paid through the platform?

ProApu generates invoices from approved hours and deducts platform commission. Payments are handled between company and worker based on platform-generated invoices.

How do I find a suitable worker?

Go to Browse worker cards and filter by keyword, skill (e.g. stainless TIG welding), certification (e.g. ISO 9606-1), or card status. Choose Open only to see workers available for new contracts.

How do I propose a contract?

Open the worker card and click Propose contract. Fill in title, dates, hourly rate, and terms. The worker receives a notification and can accept or decline.

What happens when the worker accepts the contract?

The contract becomes active, the worker card is locked to your company for the contract duration, and time/invoicing views open. The company approves or rejects hour entries.

Can the contract be cancelled?

Yes. The company can cancel the contract before it ends with a reason. Cancelling an active contract releases the worker card immediately without cooldown, allowing transition to another job.

How much commission does the platform charge?

Companies primarily operating in staffing pay 8 % commission for contracts created on the platform. For other companies, commission is defined case by case.

What if a company neglects statutory obligations?

If a staffing company on the platform neglects statutory duties (e.g. salary payments, insurance, reporting), ProApu reserves the right to transfer that company's platform contracts to a third party in the same field. This protects wage payments and continuity of employment.

Can I switch companies during an active contract?

No, not if you are being paid and the staffing company has an active agreement with the client company. This is a core rule: the same worker card cannot be active with multiple companies at once. If no agreement is active and no salary is paid, a switch may be possible.

Do you recommend alcohol use during working hours?

No. ProApu requires sober work for all contracts handled on the platform.

How is my account protected?

Passwords are stored as secure hashes. All traffic uses HTTPS encryption. We use CSRF protection in forms and sessions are bound to secure cookies.

How can I request deletion of my personal data?
