Terms of Service

1. General

ProApu is a platform that connects workers and companies for flexible employment.

2. Player card and contract exclusivity

The system does not allow the same player card to be used by multiple companies. When a two-party contract is accepted, the card is locked for the duration of the contract. After the contract ends, it automatically enters a 14-day cooldown and then becomes available again.

If the company gives up the worker, payment is not made, health reasons arise, or another serious reason exists, the card can be released before the cooldown ends.

3. Commission

For contracts made on our platform by companies whose main business is staffing, an 8 % commission applies. For other companies, the commission is determined case by case.

4. Compliance with legal obligations

If a company whose main business is staffing fails to comply with its legal obligations (payroll, insurance, reporting duties), ProApu reserves the right to transfer contracts made on the platform to a third party operating in the same field in order to secure payment and continuity for the workers concerned.

5. Time tracking and billing

Time entries are approved by the company receiving the work. Approved hours are used to create invoices per billing period, from which ProApu's commission is deducted.
